TERMS & CONDITIONS: SWAN COLOURING CONTEST

Contest: SWAN Colouring Contest

Contest Period: The contest starts at 12:00 on 18/01/2025 and closes at 23:59:59 on 16/02/2025. 

Eligibility: This contest is only open to Malaysian citizens, aged 21 years and above only. Where contestants are below this age, acknowledgement of consent by ticking the box at the end of the entry form by his/her legal guardian is to be submitted alongside the contest entry.  Not eligible for employees and their immediate families of Hwa Thong Bags Industries Sdn. Bhd. (372568-T), its partners and affiliated companies as well as associated and/or business partners.

Entry Method:

  1. STEP 1: Download and colour the template 

  2. STEP 2: Follow us on @SwanBagMalaysia (FB) and @swan.malaysia (IG)

  3. STEP 3: Tag 5 friends in the comment section

  4. STEP 4: Share a picture of your child’s finished artwork on your own FB and/or IG with #SwanBag2School. Set your profile and the post to the public. Make sure to tag @SwanBagMalaysia (FB) and/or @swan.malaysia (IG)

  5. STEP 5: Submit a picture of your child holding his / her artwork via https://forms.gle/VMVxWJLNscQVFPXE7

How to participate:

  1. Participants are required to download the predetermined template and colour the template within the specified contest period.

  2. In order for the entry to be valid, participants (or their legal guardian) must follow both @SwanBagMalaysia (FB) and @swan.malaysia (IG)

  3. Participants must tag 5 friends in the comment section in the Contest post

  4. Participants must share a picture of their child’s finished artwork on their own FB and/or IG with #SwanBag2School. Set their profile and the post to the public. Make sure to tag @SwanBagMalaysia (FB) and/or @swan.malaysia (IG)

  5. Submit a picture of their child holding his / her artwork via Entry Form. The photo must be submitted via the entry form with completed information (Full name, NRIC, Mobile number, Email address, Delivery Address, and other information as stated in the form)

  6. Each entry submitted must comply with the requirements below:

  • Participants must be the owner of the entry or be a legal guardian authorised by the owner to submit the entry on his or her behalf.

  • Entries will be disqualified on the basis of unclear, incomplete, duplicate, copies, illegible or incorrect entries; and or Entries submitted must NOT contain the following:

  • Nudity or sexual content

  • Coarse language

  • Advertising for other products, services, or website

  • Copyrighted or trademarked material belonging to a third party (unless legally authorized by the third party to use such material)

  • Visible miring, dithering, graininess, blurriness, overexposure, compression artefacts, or other degradations to image clarity

  • Any other cause for rejection at the Organizer’s discretion

  1. By submitting the entry for the purposes of the Contest, the Participant certifies and acknowledges that the Participant is the owner of the entry, or has the right or permission as the legal Guardian to allow the Organisers to use, edit, publish and otherwise alter and re-engineer it without any condition.

  2. A Participant is allowed to submit multiple entries for the Contest but only one entry will be considered for the prizes in respect of the same Participant.

  3. In addition, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant that:

  • Undermines, has or attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception; and/or

  • Are not eligible or unable to provide proof of eligibility to participate in the contest for verification by the Organiser when requested.

  • In the event of a disqualification after a prize has been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to demand the return of the Prize or payment of its value from the disqualified Participant.

Publicity 
The Organiser may use a Participant’s entry including without limitation, photos, artworks, text, and any other content or information submitted for purposes of the contest (collectively the “Materials”), and the Participant’s name, and/or likeness, for advertising, publicity, and contest of any goods or service of the Organiser, for an unlimited time throughout the world without compensation, and in any media. The Participant shall do all things necessary to give effect to this if requested by the Organiser. 

Intellectual Property Rights

The Participant agrees that all intellectual property rights in any contents and/or materials submitted, made, or created by the Participant in connection with the contest and any derivative works arising therefrom will perpetually and unconditionally be vested in, assigned to, and owned by the Organiser. The Organiser has the right to use and modify such materials or works in any way it deems fit without compensation to the Participant and the Participant waives all rights he or she may have in such materials or works. 

Entry Deadline: All entries must be uploaded to Facebook and/or Instagram before 23:59:59, 16/02/2025.

Prizes: There are a total of 20 winners (10 sets of Grand Prize winners receive RM249.70 worth of SWAN products, which consist of 1 x Swan Abstract Smile School Bag (L1) Backpack, 1 x SWAN BUDDY Multifunctional Bag, and 1 x SWAN Pencil Case School Pouch, and 10 sets of Consolation Prize winners receive RM99.90 worth of SWAN products, which consist of 1 x SWAN BUDDY Multifunctional Bag and 1 x Swan Kids Wallets—Children, Boys and Girls) to be won throughout the Contest Period between 18/01/2025 and 16/02/2025.

Prize Claim/Delivery Date:

The list of winners will be announced on SWAN’s Facebook page [@SwanBagMalaysia] and Instagram [@swan.malaysia]. Winners will be tagged in the winner announcement post by SWAN on 24/02/2025.  

All winners must follow the instructions provided in the winner announcement and subsequent email correspondence in order to be eligible for the prizes. 
Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. If any of the Contest winner(s) fail to respond to The Organizer within 7 days of being contacted via email and/or phone call, The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prizes or assign the prizes to another Contest participant.

The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend or alter the Contest Period and Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice to any party.

  1. Any entries received after the end of the Contest Period (due to any reason whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified. 

  2. Any participation in the Contest shall be governed by these terms and conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.
