SWAN Bag App Frequently Asked Questions

ACCOUNT & PASSWORD

Users can register an account via the SWAN Bag App. 

Users can change the account details at the Account Page >> Account Information

Users can change the password PIN at the Account Page. 

Users can delete the account at the Account Page >> Account Information.

Account that is deleted within 30 days can be recovered by reaching out to our customer support via Whatsapp +6014-337 8667. Users' accounts will be recovered within 3-5 working days upon confirmation of details.

Users are enabled to create a new account with the same information from the deleted account as before.

The SWAN Bag App points and rewards will remain in the users account still upon the account deletion within 30 days. After the 30 days period, the SWAN Bag App points and rewards will no longer be available. 

SWAN Bag App Points and rewards are non transferable.

SWAN MEMBERSHIP

Present your Member QR (on the top left of the homepage) to our store member upon payment.

The SWAN Bag App points will be rewarded instantly upon purchase.

Visit Homepage > Redeem Points > Select the item to redeem > Redeem > Confirm

Points are non convertible to cash.

Points and rewards are non transferable. 

SWAN Bag App points are only redeemable for retail purchases only. 

No expiry on SWAN Bag App points. 

SWAN Bag App membership is fully digital, no physical card will be provided. 

SWAN Bag App Member tiers
Silver 0-999 points (RM1=1 point)
Gold 1000-2999 points (RM1=2 points)
Platinum 3000-11999 points (RM1=3 points)
Diamond 12000 points and above (RM1=4 points)

Users can check the purchase history at the Account Page >> Purchase History.

SWAN Bag App points are only collectible upon purchase. 

Spend more and get more points for voucher redemption.
