TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contest Period: The giveaway starts at 00:00 on 28th October 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 30th November 2024.
Eligibility:
- Open to Malaysian citizens aged 21 years and above.
- Participants below 21 must have consent from a legal guardian.
- Employees of Hwa Thong Bags Industries Sdn. Bhd., its partners, affiliated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible.
Entry Method:
Entry Requirements:
- Participants must own the entry or be authorised by the owner to submit it.
- Entries must not contain nudity, sexual content, coarse language, advertising for other products or services, copyrighted material without authorisation, or any other inappropriate content.
- Entries must be clear and complete. Unclear, incomplete, duplicate, or incorrect entries will be disqualified.
Prizes:
- Three (3) sets of first prize: Consist of in-kind products worth RM557.90 for each set.
- Three (3) sets of second prize: Consist of in-kind products worth RM220.00 for each set.
- Three (3) sets of third prize: Consist of in-kind products worth RM79.90 for each set.
Prize Claim/Delivery:
- Winners will be announced on SWAN’s Facebook page (@SwanBagMalaysia) and Instagram (@swan.malaysia).
- Winners must follow the instructions in the winner announcement and subsequent email correspondence to claim their prizes.
- Participants are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. The Organiser will not be responsible for failed deliveries. No further delivery attempts will be made if the first attempt is unsuccessful, and the entry will be deemed invalid.
- Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable in any other form.
Disqualification:
- The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants who undermine the contest’s operation through fraud, cheating, or deception.
- Participants must provide proof of eligibility upon request.
- If a winner fails to respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize or assign it to another participant.
Rights:
- By submitting an entry, participants certify ownership or authorisation to use the entry and grant the Organiser the right to use, edit, publish, and alter the entry without conditions.
General:
- The Organiser may extend or alter the Giveaway Event and Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Entries received after the end of the Giveaway Event will be disqualified.
- Participation in the Giveaway is governed by these terms and conditions.
